Any proposed changes
in architecture must be submitted to the Board of Weybridge
Place for approval. If in doubt about whether a modification form
is required, please contact Taylor
Management for clarification.
Any deviations to
an approved Modification Request must be resubmitted for review,
prior to such changes being implemented in the construction phase.

Approved
Garage Door Lighting 
The original garage door lights are no longer available. This
is the ONLY acceptable replacement light at this time. The price
for this light is $28.97 and is item #24226 in the Rustic Brown
Finish. The size is 15.75" High x 7.5" Wide.
Back Patio Light: item #24225 in the Rustic Brown Finish. The
size is 6" wide" x 13 1/2"Tall.

Approved
Storm and Screen Doors
There are presently
two alternative approved storm doors that may be installed in
Weybridge Place. Both doors are available at your local home centers.
An architectural
modification form must be filed informing the BOD that you are
replacing your existing door. All replacement doors must
be painted to the proper color as outlined in the exterior paint
color chart.

Patios
and Decks
Any installations
or alterations of patios and decks require an architectural review
prior to construction. You must receive approval prior to
construction.
A survey of your
property and scaled, detailed drawing of the proposed deck or
patio with proposed landscaping must be submitted with the Architectural
Modification Form.

Front
Door Locksets
The Farmington Model,
styled in Antique Brass, is manufactured by KwikSet. At present,
this is the only acceptable replacement for all homes in Weybridge
Place.
Should you need
to replace your front door lockset, the Farmington model is available
locally and is reasonably priced. Suggested Retail prices range
from $65.00 to $90.00 complete.

Exterior Paint Colors
The exterior trim
and garage doors of all homes within Weybridge Place
must be painted using approved colors as listed in
the exterior paint list.
Siding may not be
painted without prior approval from the architectural committee.

Garage
Doors
Steel
garage doors are now accepted as a replacement for the outdated
wood doors. The design of these acceptable garage doors are
limited to two manufacturers. To view the specifications and information,
click on the PDF download at the right as it applies to your street.
These garage doors accept paint and must be painted to match the
existing garage door.
No other upgraded
garage doors are acceptable.
IMPORTANT: Residents
must submit an architectural modification form PRIOR to
the installation of a garage door.

Satellite
Dishes
In accordance with
law, satellite dishes are permitted in Weybridge Place. It is
preferred that the dish be mounted on the back of the house, as
to not be seen from the fronts of the properties.
