Patio Awnings Approved

The Weybridge Townhouse Association has approved the installation of patio awnings within the community. For more information, visit the downloads page by clicking on the link in the upper menu of this page.

Mailbox Clusters

Taylor Management received a letter from the Hillsborough Post Office to report of problems with people not picking up their mail and letting it accumulate for a week or more at a time. If this continues, the post office will not deliver mail to that box(es) and the owners will need to pick up their mail at the post office.

Dumpster Regulations

Please do not place cardboard in the dumpsters or within the dumpster area. Cardboard is a recyclable product and should be placed outside your home for pickup. Do not dispose of large items by placing them next to the dumpsters. Break down large items and place them inside the dumpster.

Club House Parking

It is requested that vehicles do not park in the clubhouse parking lot throughout the weekend. Spaces are reserved for pool use and for the guests of those renting the clubhouse.

No Commercial Vehicles are permitted to park in the clubhouse parking area at any time, unless performing work for Weybridge Place Townhouse Association.
